Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled by our production and logistics partners. Production time is separate from transit time: most print-on-demand items take 2–7 business days to produce before they ship, and dropshipped items ship within the window shown at checkout. Our pricing is all-in — the price you pay at checkout is final, and no additional shipping charges will be added later.

Once an order leaves the fulfillment facility it is in the carrier's hands. Bought It Online is not responsible for carrier delays, mis-routing, weather events, incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the buyer, unclaimed packages, or items the carrier marks as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, file a claim with the carrier first — we will provide the shipment documentation you need.
